Today’s Digital Age is generating phenomenal change in our society. While innovations and technological development are evolving at such a fast pace, yet the Childcare industry has remained stagnant.

Despite the flowery language in glossy brochures, the centers seemed more focused on smooth daily operations and profits than a child-centered curriculum. Indeed, some safety aspects were also overlooked.Many of the elite daycare centers resided in high-income communities and required being on a waiting list for almost a year.

 

Having young children of my own, I recognized the importance of early childhood education program. The evidence proving the importance of early childhood education is overwhelming. Children who take part in early childhood education programs have improved social skills and do better in school. They also learn essential life skills that stay with them forever. So, I decided to leave my pursuit of management career in the high-tech and finance industry behind and started to my career path in childcare.

 

With a few friends who shared our passion, we started I.Newton. I.Newton is a fresh take on childcare, bringing our focus into developing a safe, quality, and well-invested educational program to our community.

We realized it is life’s privilege to be able to take care of and nurture these beautiful young minds. We sat down together, and talked, and discussed. We asked the parents. We asked our mentors. We asked ourselves. Finally, we set out core principles that drive I. Newton’s pursuit to deliver exceptional care without exception, guiding our beliefs, behaviors, and decision-making for years to come. The pursuit of our mission has been rewarding.
