Bringing the Garden to the Table: Our Farm-to-Table Program

We're thrilled to introduce an exciting new initiative at our daycare: the Farm-to-Table Program!

This program encourages children to explore the joys of gardening, nurturing plants, and sharing the fruits (and veggies!) of their labor with others.

As part of the program, kids will get hands-on experience growing their own herbs, vegetables, and fruits in our daycare garden. When harvest time comes, they’ll bring their garden treasures to the table, learning the value of hard work, healthy eating, and sustainability.

The program is designed to ignite interest in nature, instill a sense of responsibility, and foster a feeling of pride as children witness the literal fruits of their labor! Furthermore, we will utilize the freshly grown produce for snacks and activities, deepening the connection between the garden and the plate.
